Children's Ministry

Eastside Children's Ministry involves many men and women volunteers who are committed to bringing the children ages pre-school through the 5th grade to a deeper understanding and appreciation of who God is and what He has done through His Son, Jesus Christ. 

Teaching is both a privilege and a responsibility. To play such an important role in contributing to the spiritual growth of young souls and the Lord's kingdom is an honor not to be taken lightly. Our teachers are aware of the sacred trust they are given. James points this out when he says, "...we who teach will be judged more strictly." James 3:1. But he/she should also know "how beautiful...are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, and who proclaim salvation." Isaiah 52:7. 

We have bible classes for the children on Sunday morning and Wednesday night. They all take place in the education wing and are divided as follows:

• Nursery age through 3 years old
• 2 years old to 3 years old
• Preschool through Kindergarten
• First through Fifth Graders
